Not all lenders in Australia are included on every broker panel. If our panel does not include a lender relevant to your scenario, we will inform you and explain your alternatives.
How We Are Paid
In many cases, you will not pay us a direct fee for our credit assistance services. We may receive commission from the lender if your loan settles.
This may include:
– Upfront commission paid by the lender at settlement
– Ongoing trail commission paid over time while the loan remains active
If any fee is payable by you directly, it will be clearly disclosed in writing before you proceed.
You may ask us at any time:
– Whether we receive commission on your transaction
– The estimated amount or range of commission
– Whether any referral benefit applies
Referral Relationships & Benefits
AT Brokers works with a professional network including accountants, agents, conveyancers, dealerships and other specialists.
From time to time:
– We may refer you to a third party
– We may receive or provide a referral benefit (such as a referral fee or thank-you recognition)
If any referral benefit is relevant to your transaction, we will disclose it clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Conflicts of Interest
If a conflict of interest arises that could influence our recommendation, we will disclose it in plain English. If a conflict cannot be appropriately managed, we may decline to act.
